“Then Hezekiah took the letter from the hand of the messengers and read it, and he went up to the house of the LORD and spread it out before the LORD.” (Isaiah 37:14)
What if we did this with our problems? What if like Hezekiah we spread them out before the LORD?
What if we took the bills we weren’t sure how we were going to pay and spread them before the LORD?
What if we took the medical diagnosis of our sick loved one and spread them out before the LORD?
What if we took the email from our boss explaining we might be laid off and spread it out before the LORD?
What if we took the text message that broke our heart from someone we thought was a friend and spread it out before the LORD?
It worked for Hezekiah – it will work for us.
