Silent Night

“My eyes anticipate the night watches that I may meditate on Your word.” (Ps 119:148)

Life is chaotic and busy.  Budgets to balance, dishes to wash, children to wrangle, chores to do, errands to run, and the constant buzz of our phones alerting us to whatever the powers that be think we need to know.

The early morning and the late evening are quiet times for most of us.  These are times to meditate and remember what matters.  Make the Bible a part of the stillness of your evenings.  Once the babies are tucked in and the email stops dinging, open the book.  You won’t regret it.
