“Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.” (Isaiah 38:1b)
What advice does God give the man who must die? Set your house in order.
Your house is that corner of the world you have influence over. Your finances, your home, your family, your friends, the people you have influence over. For those lives that we touch we owe it to not leave words unsaid or tasks unfinished.
So don’t procrastinate. Say what needs to be said NOW, and do what needs to be done NOW. You don’t know how long you have.
