Jesus’ life was not lived in secret, nor was the Bible written behind closed doors. The events of the Bible are open to scrutiny by friend and foe alike. The Bible is the most authenticated document in the history of mankind. The archaeological, textual, and historical evidence is overwhelming.
The book is over 2,000 years old and all its events are subject to public defense and investigation by skeptics and critics. And yet, it survives to be read by any and all. God has done these things in the open square.
The durability of the Word despite its audacious claims is a testament to His power.
“What shall we do with these men? For that a notable sign has been performed through them is evident to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.” (Acts 4:16)
