Promises Kept

“Not one of the good promises which the LORD had made to the house of Israel failed; all came to pass.” (Josh 21:45)

This passage is a lot like riding a bike. Someone can explain the process of riding a bike quite quickly, but understanding how to ride a bike is practiced through experience.

How many promises does God keep – ALL. Not some, all.

Easy to know – harder to understand. Follow the Lord and you will see every promise kept. Pray, sacrifice, pick up your cross, study to show yourself approved, become a vessel prepared, lean not on your own understanding, and just watch as He causes all things to work together for good.

The more you persevere, the more you’ll see every promise kept. Perseverance leads to an ever expanding hope in the unfailing God of all creation.

“More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” (Rom 5:3-5)
